A description of islam??????

In the book of the Christ in the letter sent to the followers who lived in
Colossi there is a definition of islam. "Do not handle (pork or whatever)
do not taste (alcohol or whatever) do not touch (women unless they are over
10). These are all destined to perish with use because they are all based on human comands and teachings. Such regulations indeed have an appearance of wisdom with their self-imposed worship, their false humility and their harsh treatment of the body, but they lack any value in restraining sensual indulgance". Is that good or what? I mean these hate filled 7th century
barbarians can go around banging their forheads on the ground 5 times a day
(why don't they do it 20 it might knock SOME sense into them)all they want
but it dosn't make them more holy. Any idiot can DO somithing that he/she
thinks is religious but still miss the truth completely. It's not in the
DOING it's the BEING that makes one right with God.
