" The koran speaks of peace"

Sure there will be peace in isslime as soon as everyone who isn't isslime is dead and as soon as there is only one isslime sect and as soon as every last glimmer of hope and freedom is finally extinguished. There will be wonderful everlasting peace for the couple of hundred or so poor dismal souls left. But I've read another book and that is not really the way things are going to work out. And there will be real peace.
